Providing opportunities and support
I had the honor to serve on the first Diversity Advisory Council for ۲ͼ. The purpose of the council is to consult and discuss ۲ͼ’s Inclusion, Diversity & Equity efforts. We explore and discuss insights around our culture, company initiatives, progress and outcomes.

A day in the life…

Each year ۲ͼ’s McLean location hosts a holiday Giving Tree to collect donations of wish items from local charities. I manage, setup and drop off hundreds of gifts donated on behalf of ۲ͼ.

Some of my everyday tasks include providing technical support for my team. I also spend time created knowledge articles in Service Desk.

My main responsibility is instructional design. I created self-paced training in the form of a full interactive class or micro learning videos for ۲ͼ.
